02 Our story
Ember & Agave is built on family recipes from Jalisco, and on one simple idea from the two brothers who opened it: cook them over a real wood fire.
The fire does the rest. Smoke, char and that flame-kissed edge on everything that comes off the grill. Modern Mexican street food, made the family way.
